CARDIO CLASS
INDVIDUAL RATE
$50/MO
- Cardio classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 5pm
- Cardio classes are 30-45 minutes in length, led by a trainer with body weight movements.
- Workouts vary day to day and are scalable to all levels of abilities.
- Workouts promote accountability, encouragement and sense of community and great for any skill level
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
INDIVIDUAL RATE
$85/MO
- Functional Fitness classes meet Monday —Friday at 5am, 4:30pm, and 5:45pm
- Functional fitness classes are 1 hour in length, led by a trainer with warmup, lifting, and the workout (WOD).
- Workouts vary day to day and are scalable to all levels of abilities.
- Workouts promote accountability, encouragement and sense of community
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

$150/MO

AFTER COMPLETING THE INTRO CLASS, SIGN UP FOR A 6 MONTH FUNCTIONAL FITNESS MEMBERSHIP AND RECEIVE ONE MONTH FREE!
