FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Our Functional Fitness class combines an array of exercises in order to create a well rounded program. In this program, you’ll experience weight lifting movements, cardio exercises and a customized workout that changes everyday.

One thing most people assume is that the workouts will be too hard for them. Fortunately, our trained coaches will help you scale the workouts to your abilities to keep you safe and healthy during our workouts. Don’t let your experience or your age keep you from joining us. All are welcome.
